论述了模拟退火算法和改进的模拟退火人工神经网络,利用改进的模拟退火人工神经网络建立了冷轧螺纹钢筋产品抗拉强度、延伸率与其工艺参数之间关系的数学模型,对影响冷轧螺纹钢筋质量的主要工艺参数进行了优化,实验证明使用优化后的工艺参数进行生产,可大大提高产品质量和生产效率,降低生产成本,对企业提高经济效益和社会效益具有重要作用。
The simulated annealing algorithm and the improved simulated annealing artificial neural network are discussed. The mathematical model of the relationship between the tensile strength and elongation of cold rolled rebar products and the process parameters is established by using the improved simulated annealing artificial neural network. The main process parameters of steel quality are optimized. Experiments show that the use of optimized process parameters for production can greatly improve product quality and production efficiency, reduce production costs, improve the economic and social benefits of enterprises play an important role.
