目的探讨重症胰腺炎时参黄合剂对血脑屏障的影响。方法 Wistar大鼠随机分为假手术组、治疗组、模型组;治疗组、模型组制作重症急性胰腺炎大鼠模型,治疗组用参黄合剂进行治疗干预,测定各组TNF-α、IL-6、ET、S-100b水平。结果模型组血清中ET、IL-6、TNF-α、S-100b明显升高,用参黄合剂干预后,上述指标均明显降低。结论参黄合剂可以治疗IETM和降低血脑屏障的通透性,有利于SAP时IETM的治疗及血脑屏障的保护。
Objective To study the effect of Shenhuang Mixture on blood-brain barrier in patients with severe pancreatitis. Methods Wistar rats were randomly divided into sham-operation group, treatment group and model group. The treatment group and model group were made into the model of severe acute pancreatitis. The treatment group was treated with Shenhuang Mixture. The levels of TNF-α and IL- 6, ET, S-100b level. Results Serum levels of ET, IL-6, TNF-α and S-100b in the model group were significantly increased, and the above parameters were significantly decreased after intervention with Shenhuang Mixture. Conclusion Shenhuang Mixture can treat IETM and reduce the permeability of the blood-brain barrier, which is beneficial to the treatment of IETM in SAP and the protection of the blood-brain barrier.
