目的:为进一步探讨关节灵注射液对类风湿关节炎的治疗机理。方法:BALB/C小鼠经不同抗原免疫后,用ELISA测定并分析比较实验组(用关节灵组)和对照组(未用关节灵组)BAIB/C小鼠血清IgM、IgC、IgE含量。结果:试验组血清IgM、IgE含量显著低于对照组(P<0.01),血清IgC含量与对照组比较,无显著差异(P>O.05)。结论:关节灵能选择性抑制实验动物异常增高的IgE、IgM产生;而对发挥主要免疫作用的IgC的产生无明显影响,结果表明关节灵具有良好的免疫调节作用。
Objective: To further investigate the treatment mechanism of arthritis injection on rheumatoid arthritis. METHODS: BALB/C mice were immunized with different antigens. The levels of IgM, IgC and IgE in the BAIB/C mice of the experimental group (with joint group) and control group (without joint group) were determined by ELISA. Results: Serum IgM and IgE levels in the experimental group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P<0.01), and serum IgC levels were not significantly different from the control group (P>0.05). Conclusion: Arthropods can selectively inhibit the abnormally elevated IgE and IgM production in experimental animals, but have no significant effect on the production of IgC that exerts major immune effects. The results show that joint spirits have a good immunomodulatory effect.
