又是一年“全国土地日”。2015年3月1日,《不动产登记暂行条例》正式施行,开启了中国不动产登记新篇章。这不仅为今年的“全国土地日”增添了新内涵,也聚焦了社会各界的目光。中华民族有着五千年灿烂的文化,不动产登记也同样有着五千年悠久的历史。在这个伟大的时刻,在这个特别的日子,我们抚今追昔,回首不动产登记五千年的发展历程,追忆古圣先贤熠熠闪光的思想,以期援古证今,传承发展。
Another year “National Land Day ”. On March 1, 2015, the Provisional Regulations on Registration of Real Property came into effect officially, opening a new chapter in real estate registration in China. This not only added new meaning to this year’s “National Land Day” but also focused the attention of all sectors of society. The Chinese nation has a splendid culture of 5,000 years and real estate registration also has a 5,000-year history. At this great moment, on this special day, we recalled the past and looked back on the development course of the 5,000-year registration of real estate. We should recall the glittering thoughts of the ancient sages and saints in the hope of inheriting and developing ancient records.
