近年来,学术界关于土地租佃制度的研究有了很多新的关注,展开了一些有益的争论。这些争论有的是基于不同区域的经验式研究,有的则是对于不同资料的利用和解读。本文拟通过分析国民政府的佃农保障政策及成都平原一些租佃纠纷案件的处理,观察国民政府在政策层面和执行层面对租佃关系的调节和控制,由此观察佃农、地主与国家的关系。
In recent years, there have been many new concerns in academic research on the land tenancy system and some useful debates have been conducted. Some of these debates are based on empirical studies of different regions, while others are about the utilization and interpretation of different materials. This paper intends to analyze the relationship between tenant farmers, landowners and the state by analyzing the tenancy guarantee policies of the Kuomintang government and some cases of tenancy disputes in the Chengdu Plain, and observing the regulation and control by the Kuomintang government at the policy and executive levels.
