宁夏同心县“海如学校”是今同心县喊叫水中学的前身,创办于1939年.这是一所由广大回族群众集资建立的民族学校,事隔多年,迁址改名,已鲜为人知.笔者于1984年到同心县调查孟长有烈士的革命事迹时,向原校长李士林及当时的学生、教员调查了这所学校的创建过程,撰成拙文.一、海如学校的创建同心县是宁夏回族人口比较集中的县之一,也是解放前经济文化最为落后的地区之一.教育方面,原来只只有一些私塾.马鸿逵于1929年开始对宁夏的统治,在他统治宁夏期间,也曾“倡导教育”,向全省人民征收学捐,在各地办了一些清真小学,同心有四所,分布在同心城、预旺、韦州、下马关等地.其它广大地区没有学校,识字人奇缺.如喊叫水地
Ningxia Tongxin County, “sea like a school” is the predecessor of Tongxin County shouting called water school, founded in 1939.
