4月份,全国石油和化工行业经济运行总体稳中有进。数据显示,1~4月,全行业主要产品产量保持平稳增长,固定资产投资同比增长18.2%,出口贸易总额增长4.7%,主要化工产品表观消费量增长5.9%,主营业务收入增幅8.8%。其中投资、出口和消费增速均较1~3月加快。但是,主要石油和化工产品价格持续下挫,部分大宗石化产品进口压力很大,行业效益出现放缓迹象。总体判断,二季度全国石油和化工行业经济运行以平稳为主,稳中加快。初步预测,二季度全行业主营业务收入增长约14%,利润增幅约17%。
In April, the overall economic operation of the petroleum and chemical industry in the country remained steady with progress. Data show that from January to April, the output of major industries in the industry maintained a steady growth. Investment in fixed assets increased by 18.2% over the same period of last year, the total volume of export trade increased by 4.7%, the apparent consumption of major chemical products increased by 5.9% and that of main business increased by 8.8% . The investment, export and consumption growth accelerated from January to March. However, the prices of major petroleum and chemical products continued to plunge, with some bulk petrochemicals imported under a lot of pressure and the industry’s profit showed signs of slowing down. Overall, the economy in the national oil and chemical industry in the second quarter was mainly stable with steady growth. Preliminary estimates, the second quarter of the industry’s main business revenue growth of about 14%, profit growth of about 17%.
