根据隐动脉在小腿近端内侧的分布特点,设计了吻合隐血管的小腿內侧上部骨皮瓣移植修复手及足跟部骨与软组织缺损6例,获得满意效果。该区供血管分布恒定,供区内有隐神经分布,是手部和足部复合组织缺损修复的良好供区之一。
According to the distribution characteristics of the saphenous artery in the medial proximal of the calf, 6 cases of the heel bone and soft tissue defect repaired with the superior medial femoral skin flap grafting in compliance with occult blood vessels were designed and satisfactory results were obtained. The area of blood supply is constant for the distribution of saphenous nerve in the area, which is one of the good donor areas for the repair of composite tissue defects of hands and feet.
