The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of adding microencapsulated probiotics in diets on the performance, blood biochemical and antioxidant index and nutrient digestibility of finishing pigs. In this study, a completely randomized trial design was adopted. Fifty-nine large white sows weighing 64.89 ± 2.93 kg were randomly divided into five groups according to the principle of basically the same age and body weight. The control group was fed with basal diet Antibiotics and probiotics), the experimental group added 0.4 kg / t chlortetracycline, 0.25 kg / t probiotics, 0.5 kg / t probiotics and 1 kg / t probiotics on the basis of the basic diet respectively for 42 days. The results showed that: 1) Compared with the control group and 0.4 kg / t chlortetracycline, 0.5 kg / t probiotics significantly increased average daily feed intake (P <0.05); 0.5 kg / t, 1 kg / The feed-to-weight ratio was significantly reduced (P <0.01), and the 0.25 kg / t probiotics significantly reduced the feed-to-weight ratio (P <0.05). 2) Compared with the control group, 0.5 kg / t probiotics significantly reduced the content of E. coli (P <0.05), 1 kg / t probiotics significantly reduced the E. coli content (P <0.01). Compared with the control group, 0.25 kg / t probiotic significantly increased lactobacillus (P <0.05), and 0.5 and 1 kg / t probiotics significantly increased lactobacillus (P <0.01) Compared with chlortetracycline, 0.5 and 1 kg / t probiotics significantly increased lactobacillus (P <0.05). Compared with the control group, 1 kg / t probiotics significantly increased bifidobacteria (P <0.05). It can be seen that the addition of 0.5 kg / t probiotics in the diet can significantly increase the average daily gain of fattening pigs, reduce the weight-to-weight ratio and reduce the number of E. coli increased lactobacillus and bifidobacteria, which can promote the growth of finishing pigs.
