近年来,同工酶分析在生物学研究中得到了广泛的应用,在预测杂种优势、鉴定品种类型和无性系等方面取得了很大的进展。本试验通过对三年桐(Aleurites fordii)的不同品种(类型)、不同器官组织及千年桐(Aleuritesmontana) 的过氧化物酶同工酶的分析,探讨了不同品种(类型) 及不同器官组织过氧化物酶同工酶的异同,拟为油桐良种选育和品种分类等提供依据。一、材料与方法(一)供试材料:分析样品均采自本院泮母岗林场油桐园。样品包括:1.少花吊桐的当年生叶片、叶柄、茎和1-2年生的毛细根;2.桃形桐、少花吊桐、满天星、丛生吊桐、浙
In recent years, isozyme analysis has been widely used in biological research, and great progress has been made in predicting the heterosis, identifying the types of cultivars and clones. In this study, we analyzed the peroxidase isozymes of different species (types), different organs and tissues of Aleurites fordii and Aleurites montana, and discussed the effects of different varieties (types) The similarities and differences of oxidase isoenzymes were proposed to provide the basis for selection and breed classification. I. Materials and Methods (I) Test Materials: The samples analyzed were collected from the Oil Palm Garden in Pangeang Forestry Center of our hospital. Samples include: 1. Flowering plant annual leaves, petiole, stems and 1-2 years of capillary root; 2. Caragana, less flowering trees, gypsophila, Cong Cong Tong, Zhejiang
