将72只BALB/C雄性小鼠随机分为静息组、给药静息组、运动组、给药加运动组、游泳力竭至死组、给药力竭至死组。共给药四周,每天游泳时间30min。结果显示,药物和训练均能促进小鼠脾淋巴细胞增殖反应,给药组PFC明显增加,训练加给药组小鼠牌淋巴细胞分泌IL-2水平明显高于其它组。训练加给药组小鼠体重低于其它组,其游泳衰竭至死时间却明显长于对照组。
Seventy two BALB / C male mice were randomly divided into the resting group, the rest group, the exercise group, the administration plus exercise group, the exhaustive swimming group to the dead group and the exhaustion to the dead group. A total of four weeks, swimming time 30min. The results showed that both drugs and training could promote the splenic lymphocyte proliferation in mice. The PFC in the treatment group was significantly increased. The levels of IL-2 secreted by the lymphocytes in the training and treatment groups were significantly higher than those in the other groups. Training plus drug group mice weight was lower than other groups, the swimming failure to death time was significantly longer than the control group.
