At present, due to the serious shortage of nurses in developed countries, “nurse shortage” is no longer a new term. The nursing profession has long been included in the national shortage of professionals by the six ministries including the Ministry of Education and the Ministry of Health. The shortage of resources for nursing professionals in the world has created more opportunities for nurses in our country to go abroad and find employment in the international market.
