行政事业单位加强预算管理与绩效考核是提高行政事业单位资金使用效率、增强其服务质量和能力的最为有效的方法。本文对现阶段行政事业单位预算管理与绩效考核存在的问题进行分析和总结,并根据实际情况提出相应的改进意见,以期对行政事业单位的进一步发展贡献自己的力量。
Administrative units to strengthen budget management and performance appraisal is to improve the efficiency of funds used by administrative institutions to enhance their service quality and ability of the most effective way. This article analyzes and summarizes the existing problems in budget management and performance appraisal of administrative units at present stage, and puts forward corresponding suggestions according to the actual situation so as to contribute their own strength to the further development of administrative units.
