建设服务型政府是我国行政管理体制改革的目标,广泛而富有实效的公民参与是推进我国服务型政府建设的关键,公民参与政府建设不仅体现了服务型政府“以人为本”的行政理念,也是政府决策合法性的重要依据,更是提高政府行政效率的有效手段。本文通过研究公民参与对服务型政府的重要意义来寻找服务型政府建设中强化公民参与的对策
The construction of a service-oriented government is the goal of the reform of the administrative system in our country. Extensive and effective citizen participation is the key to promote the building of a service-oriented government in our country. Citizens’ participation in government building not only embodies the administrative philosophy of service-oriented government and people-oriented but also The important basis for the legitimacy of government decision-making, but also an effective means to improve the efficiency of government administration.
