目的:对食品中磷的分光光度法测定条件进行改进。方法:把静置时间由30min改为3h、5h比色或者将钼酸铵溶液的浓度由0.5g/100ml改为2.0g/100ml~5.0g/100ml,其他步骤仍按GB/T5009.87—2003进行。结果:静置时间改为3h~5h后方法的吸光度大,灵敏度高;或者生成钼蓝的速度较改进前明显加快,静置30min标准系列的吸光度增大,相关系数大于0.999,灵敏度高。结论:改进后的方法可用于食品中磷的分光光度法测定。 Objective: To improve the determination of phosphorus in food by spectrophotometry. Methods: The static time was changed from 30min to 3h, 5h colorimetric or ammonium molybdate solution concentration from 0.5g / 100ml to 2.0g / 100ml ~ 5.0g / 100ml, other steps are still GB / T5009.87- 2003. Results: After 3h ~ 5h, the absorbance of the method was high and the sensitivity was high; or the speed of molybdenum blue generation was significantly faster than that before the improvement, the absorbance of the standard series increased after standing for 30min, the correlation coefficient was greater than 0.999, and the sensitivity was high. Conclusion: The improved method can be used for the determination of phosphorus in food by spectrophotometry.
