患者,男性,74岁。右拇趾肿痛2月,加重5d。无发热和其它不适。体检:右拇趾近端有一肿物约2cm×1。5cm,表面充血,有囊性感及触痛。X线片示右第一拇趾
Patient, male, 74 years old. Right toe swelling and pain in February, increased 5d. No fever and other discomforts. Physical examination: there is a tumor in the proximal right thumb about 2cm × 1.5cm, surface congestion, cystic and tenderness. X-ray film shows the first right toe
