由于管片刚度较大,高应力软岩隧道采用TBM法施工时,其管片结构往往处于受力过大状态,进而影响隧道的安全。鉴于此,以新街台格庙TBM试验斜井为依托,通过分析高应力软岩隧道变形机理,并对比目前设计中常见计算方法,提出基于特征曲线+荷载结构法的综合计算法,该方法可全面考虑软弱围岩对管片作用,对管片受力状态分析更为符合实际情况,且计算结果偏于安全。
Due to the high rigidity of the pipe segment, when the TBM method is applied to the high-stress soft-rock tunnel, the structure of the pipe segment tends to be over-stressed, which affects the safety of the tunnel. In view of this, based on the TBM inclined shaft in Xinjie Taigemiao tunnel, the comprehensive calculation method based on characteristic curve + load structure method is proposed by analyzing the deformation mechanism of high-stress soft rock tunnel and comparing with the common calculation methods in current design. The effect of weak surrounding rock on the segment can be fully considered, and the analysis of the stress state of the segment is more in line with the actual situation, and the calculation result is partial to safety.
