疾病预防控制绩效考核旨在通过建立并运用以服务数量、质量、效果和社会满意度为主要指标的科学评估指标体系,量化表达反映辖区相关组织和疾病预防控制机构在一定时间内,依据组织的目标或承担的职能,实现目标或履行职能的过程行为和结果,以及推进基本公共卫生服务的能力。近年来,新发传染病不断出现,给基层传染病管理工作带来更高的要求和更新的挑战。需要结合实施基本公共卫生服务项目和疾病预防控制绩效考核,因以制宜,创新举措,不断提高基层传染病管理能力和服务水平。
The purpose of disease prevention and control performance appraisal is to establish and use the scientific evaluation index system which takes service quantity, quality, effect and social satisfaction as the main indicators to quantify and express the relevant organizations and CDC of the jurisdiction in a certain period of time, Goals or functions undertaken, process actions and outcomes to achieve the goals or perform functions, and the ability to promote basic public health services. In recent years, emerging infectious diseases continue to emerge, bringing higher requirements and newer challenges to the management of grass-roots infectious diseases. Need to combine the implementation of basic public health services and disease prevention and control performance appraisal, due to the system, innovative measures to continuously improve grass-roots infectious disease management capacity and service levels.
