如约来到原卫生部副部长兼国家中医药管理局局长胡熙明的家时,这位朴实而耿直的老人已等待多时。谈起20年前出台的中共中央[1978]56号文件时,胡熙明思维敏捷,侃侃而谈。他感慨地说,建国49年来,在中医药事业的发展过程中,以中共中央名义发表的文件有两个:一个是1958年10月《中共中央对卫生部党组关于组织西医离职学习中医班总结报告的批示》,另外一个就是1978年9月《中央转发中共卫生部党组〈关于认真贯彻党的中医政策,
When he arrived at the home of Hu Ximing, the former Deputy Minister of Health and Director of the State Administration of Traditional Chinese Medicine, the simple and honest old man had waited for a long time. When talking about the Document No. 56 [1978] issued by the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China 20 years ago, Hu Ximing was quick-thinking and talkative. He said with emotion: During the 49 years since the founding of the People’s Republic of China, in the course of the development of Chinese medicine, there were two documents issued in the name of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China: One is the October 1958 summary of the Chinese Communist Party Central Committee’s party group on the organization of the resignation of western medicine for Chinese medicine classes The other side of the report was the “Transmission of the CPC Central Committee Party Committee of the Ministry of Health” in September 1978 on conscientiously implementing the party’s Chinese medicine policy.
