本文报道TBI液压侧方打击模型中浅低温对Fos表达的影响,并对比与死亡率、神经功能预后的关系。材料与方法术前准备:成年雄性SD大鼠60只,体重250~300g.10%水合氯醛腹腔麻醉,以矢状缝中点右方5mm处为圆心作直径2.6mm颅骨钻孔,保持硬膜完整,用牙托水泥固定内径2.6mm外伤打击管。TBI液压侧方打击模型液压装置由天坛医院神经科学中心提供,本实验中TBI为中度,打击压力0.23MPa,打击时间20ms。温度测定采用TE-3温度测定仪,微细探针测颞肌温反映脑温,粗探头测直肠温。
This article reports the influence of mild hypothermia on the expression of Fos in TBI hydraulic lateral impact model, and compared with the mortality and neurological function prognosis. Materials and Methods Preoperative preparation: Sixty adult male Sprague-Dawley rats weighing 250-300g were anesthetized with 10% chloral hydrate intraperitoneally. The diameter of 2.6mm cranium was drilled around the center of the sagittal suture Membrane integrity, with trainer cement fixed diameter 2.6mm trauma hit tube. TBI hydraulic lateral impact model hydraulic device provided by the Tiantan Hospital Neuroscience Center, TBI in this experiment was moderate, combat pressure 0.23MPa, the impact of time 20ms. Temperature measurement using TE-3 temperature detector, fine probe temporoparronal muscle temperature to reflect the brain temperature, coarse probe measured rectal temperature.
