财政部驻各省、自治区、直辖市、计划单列市财政监察专员办事处,各省、自治区、直辖市、计划单列市财政厅(局):为进一步贯彻落实《中华人民共和国会计法》和国务院《关于整顿和规范市场经济秩序的决定》精神、财政部决定于2002年4月至8月组织驻各地财政监察专员办事处(以下称专员办)和地方财政部门采取上下联动方式继续开展会计信息质量检查工作。现将有关事项通知如下:
Autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government and the municipalities directly under the Central Government and municipalities directly under the Central Government and municipalities directly under the Central Government and municipalities directly under the Central Government and municipalities separately listed on the State plan: In order to further implement the Accounting Law of the People’s Republic of China and the Financial Regulations of the State Council on Reorganization and The Ministry of Finance decided to organize the financial supervision commissioners ’offices (hereinafter referred to as Commissioners’ Offices) and the local financial departments in various regions to conduct the work of checking the quality of accounting information in an up and down linkage manner from April to August 2002.
