目的观察超低频经颅磁刺激(ILF-TMS)结合针刺对脑瘫患儿粗大运动功能的疗效。方法选择108例脑瘫患儿为研究对象,按照数字随机列表法将108例脑瘫患儿分为对照组和磁刺激组各54例,对照组采用康复训练、按摩、理疗仪和改善微循环治疗;磁刺激组在对照组基础上应用ILF-TMS结合针刺治疗。采用粗大运动功能测试量表(GMFM-88)对两组患者进行粗大运动功能评价。结果两组治疗前粗大运动功能各能区百分比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后各能区百分比较治疗前均明显提高(P<0.05);磁刺激组在卧位和翻身、坐、爬、跪及站立能区百分比及总百分比增加程度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 ILF-TMS结合针刺治疗可以更有效地改善脑瘫患儿的粗大运动功能,有一定的临床应用价值。
Objective To observe the effect of ultra-low frequency transcranial magnetic stimulation (ILF-TMS) combined with acupuncture on gross motor function in children with cerebral palsy. Methods A total of 108 children with cerebral palsy were enrolled in this study. 108 children with cerebral palsy were divided into control group and magnetic stimulation group according to the random number list method. The control group received rehabilitation training, massage, physiotherapy instrument and microcirculation therapy. Magnetic stimulation group based on the control group with ILF-TMS combined with acupuncture treatment. The gross motor function test scale (GMFM-88) was used to evaluate the gross motor function in both groups. Results Before treatment, there was no significant difference in the percentages of various motor functions between the two groups (P> 0.05). After treatment, the percentage of each functional area was significantly higher than that before treatment (P <0.05) The percentage of sitting, climbing, kneeling and standing energy and the percentage of total increase were higher than those of the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion ILF-TMS combined with acupuncture can effectively improve the function of coarse motor in children with cerebral palsy, and has certain clinical value.
