合理选用抗生素,注意常用抗生素的相互作用,有着十分重要的临床意义。 临床中抗生素的合理选择,可以从三个方面进行讨论:1.按作用机理选用抗生素;2.按病原体选用抗生素;3.按构效关系选用抗生素。本文重点讨论前二项内容。
Rational use of antibiotics, pay attention to the interaction of commonly used antibiotics, has a very important clinical significance. The rational choice of antibiotics in the clinic can be discussed from three aspects: 1. The selection of antibiotics according to the mechanism of action; 2. The selection of antibiotics by pathogen; 3. The selection of antibiotics according to the structure-activity relationship. This article focuses on the first two items.
