国务院副秘书长、研究室主任袁木同志在《关于全面理解治理经济环境 整顿经济秩序、深化改革的方针问题》文章中全面分析了物价上涨的原因。他认为主要有六条原因: (一)结构型的物价调整。这是我国主动进行的改革,主要是对过去几十年形成的不合理的价格体系和价格机制进行必要的改革,对比价不合理的现象进行调整。不这样我们就不可能达到改革的目的,建设社会主义有计划的商品经济就不可能。
Comrade Yuan Mu, deputy secretary-general and director of the research office of the State Council, made a comprehensive analysis of the reasons for the soaring prices in his article “The Guideline for a Comprehensive Understanding of the Economic Order and the Guidelines for Deepening the Reform.” He believes there are six main reasons: (a) structural price adjustment. This is a reform that our country takes the initiative to carry out, mainly to make the necessary reforms to the unreasonable price system and price mechanism that have been formed in the past few decades and make adjustments to the phenomenon of irrational comparison.
