目的建立一套满足标准要求的高效快捷且又能同时适用于大量农药残留分析的检测方法。方法以匀浆法提取样品中的农药残留目标组分,以固相萃取法(SPE)进行净化,采用GC-MS/MS方法进行检测。结果通过对灭线磷、乐果、甲拌磷等50种常用农药进行检测,方法的回收率在66.5%~124.4%之间,RSD在0.6%~7.2%之间,各组分的线性范围、相关系数和检出限等均能满足国内外最大残留限量的要求,证实所建立的方法提取效率高,净化效果好,检测灵敏度和准确度高。结论该方法各项指标均能满足标准要求,可以用于水果和蔬菜样品中的农药残留的日常监测。
Objective To establish a set of detection methods that meet the requirements of the standard and are fast and efficient and can be applied to a large number of pesticide residue analysis at the same time. Methods The target components of pesticide residues in samples were extracted by homogenization method and purified by solid-phase extraction (SPE). The GC-MS / MS method was used for detection. Results Fifty commonly used pesticides, such as exophthalocyanine, dimethoate and phorate, were tested. The recoveries were between 66.5% and 124.4% and the RSD was between 0.6% and 7.2%. The linear range of each component , The correlation coefficient and the detection limit can meet the requirements of MRLs both at home and abroad. The results show that the proposed method has high extraction efficiency, good purification effect and high sensitivity and accuracy. Conclusion The method of the indicators can meet the standard requirements, can be used for fruit and vegetable samples in the daily monitoring of pesticide residues.
