学校研究背景:学校现有208名教师,其中1名少先队总辅导员,3名大队辅导员,15名年段大队辅导员,97名中队辅导员,70%为35周岁以下的青年教师, 他们学历都已达标,但专业意识、专业理论、专业技能与专业品质存在较大差异。20世纪90年代学校就开始关注师资队伍的建设。新世纪初,在《中国教育改革和发展纲要》指导下,为更好地适应新一轮基础教育课程改革的需要,学校又进行了校本师资培训的探索,并采取了各种有效措施把它纳入“校本教研”范畴。2002年, 学校的师资培训专题论文获浙江省实验学校研究会论文评选一等奖;2004年,学校获“浙江省校本教研示范学校”称号。
