目的提高健康体检的服务质量。方法在体检过程中对200名体检者进行人性化服务的问卷式调查。结果健康体检者得到了满意的服务。结论实施人性化服务后,有效提高了服务质量,满足了体检者的健康服务需求。
Objective To improve the service quality of health examination. Methods A questionnaire survey of 200 human subjects during the physical examination was conducted. Results of physical examination who have been satisfied with the service. Conclusion The implementation of human services, effectively improve the quality of service to meet the medical needs of health check-ups.
