情景教学法在手术室护理教学中的应用——以咸宁职业教育(集团)学校为例

目的:分析情景教学法在手术室护理教学中的应用。方法:选取咸宁职业教育学校实习医院120名均为2014年9月进入咸宁职业教育学校的手术室护理的护生并将其随机分为两组,每组各60名,观察组的护生运用情景教学的方式进行指导学习;对照组的护生应用普通的教学方式进行指导学习。对接受学习后的两组手术室护生进行学习成绩和护生配合度方面的比较。结果:在护生的配合度方面,观察组护生的配合度明显高于对照组护生(P<0.05),在护生的学习成绩方面,观察组护生明显比对照组护生更好(P<0.05)。结论:情景教学法在手术室护理教学中的应用有利于有效的提高护生的学习热情,从而提高护生成绩和护生的学习配合度,值得在手术室护理教学方面广泛应用。 Objective: To analyze the application of situational teaching in operating room nursing teaching. Methods: All the 120 in-service hospitals of Xianning Vocational Education School were enrolled in the operating room nursing nursing students in Xianning Vocational Education School in September 2014. They were randomly divided into two groups, 60 in each group. Nursing students in observation group Situational teaching methods to guide learning; control group nurses use ordinary teaching methods to guide learning. After receiving the study of the two groups of operating room nurses students academic performance and nursing students with the degree of comparison. Results: With the degree of cooperation of nursing students, the coordination degree of nursing students in the observation group was significantly higher than that of the nursing students in the control group (P <0.05), and the nursing students in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion: The application of situational teaching method in the teaching of operating room nursing is helpful to effectively improve the study enthusiasm of nursing students, so as to improve the learning achievement of nursing students and nursing students. It is worth to be widely applied in the teaching of operating room nursing.
