我市地处北回归线,冬季气候温和,适宜蘑菇栽培,1983年我们开始进行户外简易棚栽培蘑菇。87年我们联户利用晚稻田2.1亩栽培蘑菇650m~2收鲜菇14690斤,总值25300元,纯收入2.1万元。经多年实践,我们认为户外栽培蘑菇,可以利用冬闲田,不占用屋舍,可进行集约式生产,投资少、省工、高产、优质,经济效益显著。现将户外种蘑菇经验介绍如下:
