使用不同剂量 LH-RH 类似物,在雄性动物出现有促生育与抗生育两方面作用。促生育问题临床已有报道。抗生育方面,目前资料不多,尚有待研究。理想的男性避孕药需具备使用方便,效果可靠及副作用小等条件。我们在家兔大剂量实验中,观察到生精上皮发生砭重障碍,肯定 LH-RH 类似物 LRH-A 有可靠的抗生育作用。另外在治疗无精子症过程中,发现生精上皮发育与性欲增强是一致的。故 LRH-A 能否用于抗生育,认为研究药物对性机能的影响,是十分必要的。为此设计本实验进行初步探讨。
The use of different doses of LH-RH analogues in males appear to have both procreation and anti-fertility effects. Clinical practice of procreation has been reported. Anti-fertility, the current information is small, yet to be studied. Ideal male contraceptives need to be easy to use, reliable and less side effects and other conditions. In rabbit high-dose experiments, we observed severe dysplasia of the seminiferous epithelium and confirmed the reliable anti-fertility effect of the LH-RH analogue LRH-A. In addition to the treatment of azoospermia in the process, found that the development of seminiferous epithelium and sexual desire are the same. Therefore, LRH-A can be used for anti-fertility, that the study of the impact of drugs on sexual function, it is very necessary. For this reason, this experiment is designed to discuss.
