课程实施是将书面课程付诸教学行动的实践历程,是课程发展的重要环节。课程实施过程中,校长发挥着重要作用。在北京市高中新课程推进过程中,校长的课程实施能力主要体现在构建课程体系、开发校本课程、改进校本教研、组织师生培训等方面。要迈向成功的课程实施,校长还需做到:提供课程开发的哲学方向,针对不同的课程领域关注不同的问题,引导教师展开行动研究以及创设学校内合作的团体。
Curriculum implementation is written practice teaching practice, is an important part of curriculum development. During the implementation of the course, the principal played an important role. In the course of advancing the new curriculum in senior high school in Beijing, the principal’s ability to implement the curriculum mainly lies in constructing the curriculum system, developing school-based curriculum, improving school-based teaching and research, and organizing training for teachers and students. To be successful, the principal needs to: provide the philosophical direction of curriculum development, focus on different issues in different curriculum areas, guide teachers in conducting action research and create groups within the school.
