赵庆泉,汉族,1949年1月22日出生,江苏省扬州市人。现任扬州红园高级工程师、中国盆景艺术家协会副会长。赵庆泉的祖父和父亲均酷爱花木盆景,曾于扬州城内择地作园,陈设名花与盆景。赵庆泉幼时居住在园内,耳濡目染,对盆景艺术逐渐产生了兴趣,常制作盆景玩耍。1968年高中毕业后去农村插队期间,自学了音乐、美术、摄影、文学、园艺和工艺等方面的知识,曾在一家工艺厂设计盆景摆件,并最终确定以盆景艺术为目标。1974年,赵庆泉师承江苏农学院徐晓白教授,进行盆景的创作与研究。1977年春节首次在扬州瘦西湖公园展出了一组新题材作品,受到好评。1978年以特殊专长被招工调进扬
Zhao Qingquan, Han nationality, was born on January 22, 1949 in Yangzhou, Jiangsu Province. Incumbent Yangzhou Hongyuan senior engineer, China Bonsai Artists Association vice president.
