查我山东公路干线,历经广大人民积极修建,已大部恢复,对支援革命战争与交流物资,起了巨大作用,兹为切实护养公路,避免随修随坏,浪费民力,并使公路运输保持畅通起见,特颁布护养公路办法如下:第一项:公路禁例的规定:(一)凡有辅路之公路线,一切公私铁、木硬轮车辆,只能行驶辅路(除必要横跨者外),一律禁止在公路上通行。(二)凡辅路尚未建立之路线,亦无便道可走者,硬轮车辆通行时,一律紧靠右侧通行,严禁在路中心及路左侧通行。(三)大雨过后,道路尚不适于行车时,各线公路管理机关,得指挥护路小组,按置障碍闭塞道路,所有车辆(包括汽车)
