白内障是眼科常做的手术,近年来显微外科手术的进展,人工晶体的临床应用,提高了白内障手术的质量,但就我国目前的情况而言,常规的手术方法,仍然是多数医院采用的。近几年来我院参考国内外对白内障手术的不同方法,结合实际可能,取其所长,对白内障手术的麻醉、切口等作了一些改进,取得较好的效果。一、麻醉的改进:用普通7号针头代替过去的长针头,麻醉药改用2%利多卡因,内加透明质酸酶500～750单位和适量副肾,
