阳春三月,生机勃勃。 1995年全国中老年太极拳邀请赛在北京市老年人体协的主办下,于3月30日在崇文区天坛体育场拉开了帷幕。来自全国36个省、市、地区的66支代表队共396名男女运动员参加了比赛交流。竞赛内容分个人和集体两项,集体有太极拳、太极器械(主要是太极剑)和太极功法(主要为导引养生功),个人项目有各式太极拳、剑共9项。北京朝阳区体委、青岛鑫福达珠宝店和新疆一队分别荣获团体前三名,有22支代表队
Spring March, vibrant. In 1995 the National Middle-aged and Old Taijiquan Invitational held under the auspices of the Beijing Association for the Aging of the Elderly, on March 30 at the Tiantan Stadium in Chongwen District. A total of 396 male and female athletes from 66 teams from 36 provinces, cities and regions nationwide participated in the competition. There are two kinds of individual and collective competitions. There are a total of Taijiquan, Taiji equipment (mainly Taiji sword) and Taiji Gong (mainly for health promotion). There are 9 items of Taijiquan and Sword in personal project. Beijing Chaoyang District Sports Commission, Qingdao Xin Fuda jewelry shop and Xinjiang team won the top three groups, respectively, with 22 teams
