大荚箭舌豌豆(以下简称大荚箭豌)系豆科巢菜属越年生或一年生绿肥作物.原产地中海沿岸,1974年由江苏省植物研究所自西欧引进.1977年起,先后参加本省和华东部分省区11个点的区域试验,参试品种有大荚箭豌、B~(65)、FAO、333A、7401、66-25(对照)等六个.区试结果,大荚箭豌表现有耐寒、耐瘠性好,产草、产种量高,根瘤的固氮能力强等特点.今年起将在盐城、淮阴、南通、扬州、镇江等地区扩大示范推广.
