目的对血清胱抑素C在糖尿病肾功能检测中的意义进行研究分析。方法 232例糖尿病患者作为研究对象,根据肾脏功能分为四组,其中,糖尿病组52例,早期糖尿病肾病组76例,临床糖尿病肾病组46例,终末期糖尿病组58例;并选择同期在本院进行体检的60例健康人员作为对照组。对比各组血清胱抑素C、血肌酐、血尿素氮水平。结果早期糖尿病肾病组、临床糖尿病肾病组以及终末期糖尿病组患者的血清胱抑素C指标均较对照组高(P<0.05);临床糖尿病肾病组和终末期糖尿病组患者的血肌酐、血尿素氮水平均较对照组高(P<0.05)。结论和血肌酐、血尿素氮指标相比,血清胱抑素C在糖尿病肾功能的检测过程中发挥着十分重要的作用,可在临床范围内广泛推广。
Objective To study the significance of serum cystatin C in the detection of diabetic renal function. Methods A total of 232 diabetes mellitus patients were divided into four groups according to their renal function. Among them, 52 cases of diabetes mellitus, 76 cases of early diabetic nephropathy, 46 cases of clinical diabetic nephropathy and 58 cases of end-stage diabetes mellitus; Hospital for physical examination of 60 healthy people as a control group. The levels of serum cystatin C, serum creatinine and blood urea nitrogen in each group were compared. Results Serum levels of cystatin C in patients with early diabetic nephropathy, clinical diabetic nephropathy and end-stage diabetes were higher than those in control group (P <0.05). Serum creatinine, blood urea nitrogen Nitrogen levels were higher than the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion Compared with serum creatinine and blood urea nitrogen, serum cystatin C plays a very important role in the detection of diabetic renal function and can be widely used in clinic.
