随着我国社会主义建设的发展,工业技术改造和城市改建的工作量将日益增多,控制爆破技术的应用必将日益广泛。本文着重介绍目前日本采用控制爆破的一些情况,但须说明,日本过份地强调了TN炸药的作用,这是出于其商业上的目的。其实,我国工人阶级在生产实践中,早已创造了控制爆破的施工方法,例如1956年在武汉长江大桥桥头的石方爆破;1959年重庆第二钢厂附近的爆破以及1959年北京站二号桥桥墩的爆破等工程事例,都采用了控制爆破法施工,只是缺少系统的经验总结。因此这里介绍的有关控制爆破的一些方法,仍可供参考。 全文计六部分;一、基本原理;二、TN炸药的特点;三、设计方法;四、安全效果;五、经济效果;六,施工实例。 本期先刊出前四部分,下期续完。
With the development of socialist construction in our country, the workload of industrial technological transformation and urban reconstruction will increase day by day, and the application of controlled blasting technology will surely become increasingly widespread. This article highlights some of the current situations in which controlled explosions are used in Japan, but it is important to note that Japan over-emphasized the role of TN explosives for its commercial purposes. In fact, in our production practice, the working class in our country has already created construction methods for controlling explosions such as the stone blasting at the bridgehead of the Wuhan Yangtze River Bridge in 1956, the blasting near the second steelworks in Chongqing in 1959 and the No. 2 bridge at Beijing Railway Station in 1959 Bridge pier blasting and other engineering cases, have adopted the control of blasting construction, but the lack of systematic experience. Therefore, some of the methods for controlling blasting introduced here are still available for reference. The full text consists of six parts; First, the basic principles; Second, TN explosives characteristics; Third, the design method; Fourth, the safety effect; Fifth, the economic effect; Six construction examples. This issue first published the first four parts, the next period finished.
