本文比较服炔雌醚、服炔雌醚配合氯地孕酮及未服药家兔的卵巢与子宫内膜的雌二醇受体(ER)和血清雌、孕激素水平的变化。结果提示炔雌醚单独服用16周后,家兔的子宫内膜胞质与胞核ER显著减少(p值分别小于0.001与0.005)。停药10周后子宫内膜胞质与胞核以及卵巢胞质ER均低于未服药兔(p值均小于0.05)。炔雌醚与氯地孕酮配合使用引起子宫内膜与卵巢胞质ER显著减少(p值分别小于0.001与0.05),但停药后受体水平均恢复至正常。本文结果表明在本实验条件下,炔雌醚加氯地孕酮不引起卵巢功能的不可逆损害。
This article compares the changes of estradiol receptor (ER), serum estradiol and progesterone in ovary and endometrium with ethinylestradiol, ethinylestradiol and chlormadinone and without taking rabbits. The results suggest that ethinyl estrus after taking 16 weeks alone, the rabbit endometrial cytoplasm and nuclear ER was significantly reduced (p values were less than 0.001 and 0.005). Ten weeks after discontinuation, endometrial cytoplasm and nucleus and ovarian cytoplasmic ER were lower than those in the untreated rabbits (p <0.05). The combination of ethinylestradiol and chlormadinone induced a significant decrease in endometrial and ovarian cytoplasmic ER (p values were less than 0.001 and 0.05, respectively), but the levels of receptor returned to normal after treatment. Our results show that under the experimental conditions, ethinylestradiol plus progesterone does not cause irreversible damage to ovarian function.
