对龙头鱼进行了热风薄层干燥试验。建立了龙头立热风干燥的数学模型MR=e-e-3.673+0.030T+0.123V+0.002TV.t1.103同时得到了热风干燥时各参数对干燥速度、质量和电耗的影响规律,经综合评分得较优的参数组合:干燥前期温度为49℃,干燥后期温度为56℃,温度转换时的水分为267%(干基),排风风速为1.4m/s,罨蒸时间为51min,罨蒸开始时的水分为162%(干基)。

At the same time, the influence of various parameters on the drying speed, quality and power consumption of the hot air drying was obtained.
