(一) 解放几年来浙江省的茶叶生产几乎是直线上升的,不仅是产量增加得快,而且品质提高的幅度也非常显著。税明解放以后的农民在党的正确领导下正在农业生产的各个战线上取得日新月异的成绩。浙江省的秋茶生产也和总产量一样取得了显著的成绩,如1952年秋茶只占全年总产量的8.4％,1957年秋茶已占全年总产量12.3％;增加84％多。但是如果把秋茶增产的成绩和秋茶可能增产的潜在能力来比较,那还很不够。
(A) In the past few years, tea production in Zhejiang Province has risen almost linearly. Not only has the output increased rapidly, but the quality has also been remarkably improved. After the tax reform was liberated, peasants under the correct leadership of the party are making rapid progress on all fronts of agricultural production. Autumn tea production in Zhejiang Province has made remarkable achievements as well as the total output. For example, autumn tea in 1952 only accounted for 8.4% of the annual output. In autumn 1957, autumn tea accounted for 12.3% of the total output in the year, an increase of more than 84%. However, comparing the potential of autumn tea with the potential increase of autumn tea is not enough.
