本文通过部分国产刀片加工1Cr18Ni9Ti 不锈钢的断屑试验,作出了不同槽型、不同槽宽共12块刀片的断屑范围曲线图,可供使用这些刀片加工不锈钢时参考;同时,经过分析、整理,比较了各种断屑槽型的优劣,其结论是,按断屑效果好坏排列有:Y 型槽>A 型槽(=W 型槽)>V 型槽>K 型槽>G 型槽,并对这一结论作了详细分析,以期对进一步改进现有槽型或设计新的槽型有所帮助。
