宫外孕破裂和急性阑尾炎是比较容易混淆的两种疾病。我院1985年10月～1996年10月共手术治疗急性阑尾炎1964例,其中有26例宫外孕破裂误诊为急性阑尾炎而手术治疗,现报告如下。 1 临床资料 本组36例均为右侧输卵管妊娠破裂。已婚33例,未婚3例。年龄18～40岁。均有明显腹痛,腹痛时间最短6h,最长3d,有明显转移性右下腹疼痛者9例,伴恶心15例,呕8例,有肛门下坠感4例,发热
Ectopic pregnancy rupture and acute appendicitis are more likely to be confused with the two diseases.
