本试验主要在湘南红壤丘陵坡地柑桔园进行.试验结果表明:红壤质地粘重,土体紧实,通透性差.我们通过采用深沟撩壕,结合施用有机物质,可改善土壤通透性,容重降低0.31克/cm土壤含水量增加32kgg~(-1),可促进柑桔高产.伏天季节干旱,采用覆盖秸杆(包括满园花)深洞灌溉,能有效地减少地表水分蒸发,分别增加土壤含水量37gkg~1和48gkg~(-1).施用骨粉、菜饼或磷肥可使柑桔果实含糖量增加,叶片含磷量与果实含糖量成显著正相关r=0.6963~*,而含钙量与果实含酸量成显著负相关r=-0.8128~*在红壤上增磷施钙,是改善柑桔品质的一项重要措施.
