从医院空气中检出的373株SI,具有葡萄球菌属的基本特征。所有菌株均为凝固酶阳性,并具有溶血能力,主要产生α、β、δ三种溶血素,DNA酶、触酶100%阳性,耐热性DNA69.41%阳性。该菌的生化反应与文献报告基本一致,但对麦芽糖反应为(±),对松二糖反应为d,与有关文献不符。本组菌中,MRSI的检出率为65.42%,对多种抗生素耐药。多重耐药株(耐3种药物以上)发生率为100%。8重以上耐药株占43.75%。MRSI的耐药率多数高于MSSI。本菌与金葡萄和家畜葡萄球菌的鉴别,可用PYR、粘附试验及麦芽糖相区别
373 strains of SI detected in the air of the hospital have the basic characteristics of Staphylococcus. All strains were coagulase-positive and hemolysis-producing, mainly producing three hemolysin α, β, δ, DNase, catalase 100% positive, heat-resistant DNA69.41% positive. The biochemical reaction of this bacterium was basically consistent with that reported in the literature, but the reaction to maltose was (±) and the reaction to boric acid was d, which was inconsistent with the relevant literature.
