经济法课程不是一般的理论课,而是一门实践性很强的课程。其教学目的,是使学生掌握我国经济法中的基本制度,并在可能的情况下将这些制度运用于将来的工作实践。从一个经济法律关系主体的立场和角度出发来判断是非、端正行为、化解矛盾、协调关系,从而实现对国家利益和其他经济法律关系主体利益的最大限度的维护。由此,决定了这门课程的教学必须着眼于调动学生的积极性,充分启发学生积极思维,使之掌握知识,发展能力。长期以来,经济法课程总是摆脱不了那种“满堂灌”的教学方法,强调以教为主,以学生“学会”为目的,而对学生是否“会学”则重视不够。
Economic law course is not a general theory course, but a very practical course. The purpose of teaching is to enable students to master the basic system of China’s economic law and to apply these systems to future work practices wherever possible. Judging right and wrong, correcting behavior, resolving contradictions and coordinating relations from the standpoint of the main body of economic and legal relations so as to achieve the maximum safeguard of the interests of the state and the interests of other entities in economic and legal relations. Therefore, it is decided that the teaching of this course must focus on arousing the enthusiasm of students, fully inspire students’ positive thinking, make them acquire knowledge and develop their abilities. For a long time, the course of economic law always can not get rid of the kind of “full house” teaching methods, emphasizing the main teaching, students “learn” for the purpose, but whether the students “will learn” is not enough attention.
