江泽民总书记指出:“创新是一个民族进步的灵魂,是国家兴旺发达的不竭动力。”目前,国内有关创新理论的研究成果颇丰。笔者认为,创新主体良好的创新心理品质对于创新者从事创造性实践活动,具有重要的作用。一个成功的创新者必须具备以下儿方面的心理品质特征: 1、充满自信:创新者首先应充满自信,相信自己有能力从事创造活动,相信自已能出色完成创造活动。自信是一个人相信自己理想、愿望或预见能够实现的一种稳定的心理状态。在整个创新意识(思维)——创新活动(实践)转化过程中,创新主体要保持乐观向上的精神
