随着我国经济社会和技能教育的快速发展,校企合作已经成为今天技工院校的重要职能之一。在新形势下,深圳市技工学校以科学发展观为指导,树立“技能教育、技能就业、技能成才”办学理念,坚持“面向社会,立足市场,服务区域经济,培养和造就新时代高技能人才”的办学宗旨,以教学为中心,按照“强化市场标准、深化国家标准、淡化学校标准”的思路,牢牢抓住理论和实践两个层面,积极探索校企合作之路。在短短几年的办学实践中,深圳市技工学校通过采取一系列创新举措,获得了许多宝贵经验,构建了四环联动的特色德育教育工作模式,以学“两项技能”、考“五本证书”保障学生职场竞争力,建立了校企合作顶岗实习转就业管理模式,培养大批的优秀技能人才,毕业生就业率始终保持在较高水平。在举国欢庆新中国成立六十周年的时候,本刊特别邀请深圳市技工学校黄景容校长就当前职业院校普遍开展的校企合作工作进行了前瞻性分析,以这样一个视角来展现我国技工院校的发展方向,展望校企合作的发展前景。
With the rapid development of economy, society and skills education in our country, the cooperation between schools and enterprises has become one of the important functions of today’s technical institutions. In the new situation, under the guidance of the Scientific Outlook on Development, Shenzhen Technical School has set up a school-running philosophy of “skills education, skills employment and skills development” and adhered to the principle of “facing the society, based on the market, serving the regional economy, cultivating and bringing about a new era High-skilled personnel ”school purposes, teaching as the center, in accordance with “ strengthen market standards, deepen national standards, dilute the school standards ”train of thought, firmly grasp the theory and practice of two levels, and actively explore the cooperation between schools and enterprises road. In just a few years of school running practice, Shenzhen Technical School gained a lot of valuable experiences through a series of innovative measures, and built a four-ring linkage moral education mode of education, learning “two skills”, test “Five Certificates ” to protect the competitiveness of students in the workplace, set up a job-to-business management model of internship cooperation between colleges and enterprises, training a large number of outstanding skilled personnel, graduates employment rate has remained at a high level. While celebrating the 60th anniversary of the founding of new China, this magazine specially invited the headmaster of Shenzhen Technical School to conduct a prospective analysis of the cooperation between schools and enterprises that is currently carried out in vocational schools. From this perspective, School’s development direction, looking forward to the development prospects of school-enterprise cooperation.
