本文运用文献资料法、问卷调查法、访谈法、逻辑分析法和数理统计法等方法对辽宁铁道职业技术学院(以下简称辽铁院)课外体育活动开展情况进行了相关的调研。得出以下结论:学生参与意识较强,参加动机多样化;学生参加课外体育活动的活动频度多,活动时间充裕;在选择项目上男生多选择对抗性强的球类项目,女生多选择对抗性弱且无身体直接接触的项目。学生进行课外体育活动的场所根据项目的特点择地而行。体育教师对学生进行课外体育活动场地器材认可度不高。建议积极营造学校课外体育活动氛围,完善学生体育设施。
This paper conducts relevant research on the development of extracurricular sports activities in Liaoning Railway Vocational and Technical College (hereinafter referred to as “Liaotie Hospital”) by means of documentation, questionnaire, interview, logical analysis and mathematical statistics. The following conclusions are drawn: the students are more involved in the motivation, participate in extracurricular motivation; students participate in extracurricular sports activities, activities, more time; plenty of choices in the project boys choose more confrontational ball projects, girls choose more confrontation Sexually weak and without direct physical contact with the project. Students place extracurricular sports activities according to the characteristics of the project. Physical education teachers to students extracurricular physical activity venues and equipment recognition is not high. It is recommended to actively create a school atmosphere of extra-curricular sports activities, improve student sports facilities.
