目的:观察分析中药结合替米沙坦及前列地尔治疗早期糖尿病肾病临床疗效。方法:选取60例糖尿病肾病患者作为研究对象,随机分为治疗组和对照组。其中治疗组35例患者接受中医药联合替米沙坦及前列地尔治疗,对照组25例患者单纯采用替米沙坦治疗。分别比较治疗前后两组患者空腹血糖(FBG)、餐后2h血糖(2hPBG)、收缩压(SBP)、舒张压(DBP)、尿蛋白总量、尿素氮(BUN)和血肌酐(SCr)等指标的变化,评价治疗效果。结果:治疗组患者治疗前后FBG、2hPBG、SBP、DBP、尿蛋白、BUN和SCr比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);对照组患者治疗前后FBG、2hPBG和SBP比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),但DBP、尿蛋白、BUN和SCr比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。经治疗,治疗组SCr指标与对照组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:自拟参芪麦味地黄汤结合西药替米沙坦和前列地尔能有效缓解早期糖尿病肾病患者尿蛋白排泄症状,具有保护肾脏的功效,值得临床推广应用。
Objective: To observe and analyze the clinical efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine combined with telmisartan and alprostadil in the treatment of early diabetic nephropathy. Methods: Sixty diabetic patients with diabetic nephropathy were selected as study subjects and randomly divided into treatment group and control group. 35 patients in the treatment group were treated with traditional Chinese medicine combined with telmisartan and alprostadil, and 25 patients in the control group were treated with telmisartan alone. Fasting blood glucose (FBG), postprandial 2h blood glucose (2hPBG), systolic blood pressure (SBP), diastolic blood pressure (DBP), total urinary protein, BUN and SCr were compared between the two groups before and after treatment Indicators of change, evaluation of treatment. Results: The FBG, 2hPBG, SBP, DBP, urinary protein, BUN and SCr in the treatment group were significantly different before and after treatment (P <0.05). There was significant difference in FBG, 2h PBG and SBP before and after treatment in the control group (P <0.05), but there was no significant difference between DBP, urine protein, BUN and SCr (P> 0.05). After treatment, SCr index in the treatment group compared with the control group was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion: Self-made Shenqi Maiweidihuang Decoction combined with western medicine telmisartan and alprostadil can effectively relieve the symptoms of urinary protein excretion in patients with early diabetic nephropathy, which has the effect of protecting the kidneys and deserves clinical application.
